All the temporary buffers are for debugging until build is properly tested.
You don't need to evaluate the buffer.
Press the button (it wasn't displayed due to another bug) labelled
"Activate Generated Build Configure" instead.
Pressing "Customize Build Configure ..." should make the value of this
package a bit more obvious.
Pretty complex all these configuration possibilities, eh?
Review them, set (or even save) any to your liking.
Then you're ready to "Run XEmacs Configure".
