I see the redisplay thing but I hardly think its a showstopper.
The last release was almost a year ago. If there's even the most
remote chance that the next release could be current for anywhere near
as long, I think that leaving this bug in would be unwise.
21.1 will ship a few months after 21.0 if I have anything to do with it. If
it doesn't there's hardly any point in shipping it at all.
