cvs.xemacs.org website?
The stuff that's there now is a good cookbook for 21.0, but it doesn't
really help with the 21.2 branch.
Except for the `-rrelease-21-2' flag on cvs checkout[1], building
procedures between 21.2 and 21.0/1 should be identical.
I am tidying up a set of scripts to help building totally from scratch
(no .elcs, no installed packages, etc.) and they should be releasable
within a few days.
