Seconded. Do we vote cl-yes for keeping ChangeLog entries, or for
getting rid of them?
Vote yes (`cl-yes') to keep the requirement that patches be
accompanied by ChangeLog entries. Vote no (`cl-no') to eliminate the
requirement.
