Xemacs b48/Cygwin/Windows 95 bails to shutdown completely
Something has changed between b46 and b48. I have always started
xemacs from the cygwin bash command line and up to now it has
shutdown cleanly. With b48, I exit and the window goes away, but
there is still something running. System performance goes into
a tailspin. If I bring up the End Task screen there is still an
entry for Xemacs. When I kill it, system performance improves
and bash comes back to life. Note I am not using runemacs.
