Why isn't packages/xemacs-packages/psgml/etc/cdtd in CVS?

It seems that packages/xemacs-packages/psgml/etc/cdtd/.cvsignore _is_ in CVS, which causes cdtd to get created, but then after that I always get a move away xemacs-packages/psgml/etc/cdtd/.cvsignore; it is in the way message. -- Institute of Policy and Planning Sciences http://turnbull.sk.tsukuba.ac.jp University of Tsukuba Tennodai 1-1-1 Tsukuba 305-8573 JAPAN My nostalgia for Icon makes me forget about any of the bad things.
