Hmmm, while not being RMS myself, I see that this message can be read
in two ways. The phrase "the second group and not the first" can be
read as "Please work on the GNU project and not XEmacs". But it can
also be read as "Please work on shared packages and not XEmacs-only
packages".
I think you only read the meaner meaning.
