Hi Valdis, are talking about configure.usage?
AFAIK, there is no configure.help in XEmacs.
BTW, my ``build'' package (under consideration to be added to XEmacs)
creates a widget/custom-based configuration interface for configuring
XEmacs, based on the contents of configure.usage.
