`elib_1.0.src.tar.gz'

I've taken the Debian GNU/Linux packaged version of `elib', and imported it into my personal cvs repository of the XEmacs package sources. I did this because the newest `pcl-cvs' requires it. I've made a tarfile for yous to grab so you can import it into the official XEmacs CVS. It will require an obvious Makefile edit. I stuck it in http://www.inetarena.com/~karlheg/ELisp/ so you can grab it when you're ready for it. Now I'm going to look at ediffing the XEmacs changes into the new pcl-cvs. (wish me luck.)
