bookmark.el is in edit-utils package. So the question is, where
should I document it? Perhaps I should create edit-utils.texi and
add ＠xref from xemacs.texi but I'm not sure.
I think it's OK to document it in xemacs.texi, but maybe add a note
that it's in `edit-utils' package.
