Romanian Splash screen and Menubar support
We now have Romanian Splash Screen and Menubar support courtesy of

I've tested the Splash Screen and Menubar, however
`LANG=ro xemacs --help' doesn't work for me. Does a Mule (or Latin-2)
expert know how to make it work?
The updated locale package has been uploaded to the FTP site:
