Ah, that applied ok...and as expected that testcase elisp I sent seems to be working just fine, which should mean that VM should work fine as well since that testcase is based directly on the spirt of what Kyle's code is doing. But I'll test VM anyways...oops! Glad I did that, as now we have a slightly different situation of gaps in the image between each slice (screen capture included below, saved as crappy JPEG for space considerations so please ignore/forgive the fuzziness). Not sure if the correct "fix" for this new situation should be on Kyle's part or yours (I'll leave that for you two to hash out). :) Thanks, Chuck -- Charles K.
