The Xt input loop is severely broken in AIX 4.3.0 and 4.3.1. I
finally gave up and built X11R6.4 - linking against the libXt.a from
that fixes the problem. A quick test shows it still broken in 4.3.2.
The symtom of this is 'xemacs -nw' loops and chews CPU time, only
processing keyboard input at sporadic intervals.
There's another screw-up someplace that requires --with-dialogs=athena,
not sure why this is required. Also, at least with 21.2, you need
to say --with-dragndrop=no (not sure why on this one either).
