Oh, different bug. I see what you're talking about. The frame gets
focus but the text widget doesn't. Looks like a MS Windows programmer
made assumptions in the C level code, because the obvious Lisp change
doesn't fix it. So I'm forwarding to xemacs-beta. I don't know when
this will get fixed.
