Steven, the follwing still holds true with the latest emacs-version "21.0 \"Uzbek Black\" XEmacs Lucid" and psgml-version "1.0.1" on Windows NT (native build). This may be a race-condition. When I edebug-defun sgml-xemacs-get-popup-value (in psgml-xemacs.el) then the menus DO insert their text in the HTML buffer! Any hints?
