It's still on my list of projects, but real life and especially work have
been very busy so I have not really proper combination of time and
motivation to play with this further. As far as I know the status is:
* roundup seems to best candidate
* I was/am going to set up a test version of roundup so that we can all
play with it a bit and determine what needs to be configured so that it
will work for XEmacs development
* a host needs to be found for the real thing
Once we are happy with the configuration the temporary tracker can
disappear and the configuration be moved to the host.
Open items:
* to what extend should old bugs be imported, either automatically,
manually, or at all
* who should wrangle the new bugs
Unfortunately, at this point I can't really give an estimate as to when
I'll have time and motivation to properly set up roundup so that people
can play with it. :-(
Thanks for the update, Hans.
I'm still strongly in favor of this.
First thing I would like to play with this tracker for XEmacs issue
tracking.
Putting the issues so far communicated via
http://www.xemacs.org/About/XEmacsServices.html
into this tracker would be a good exercise.
I would then try to update the webpage with information extracted from
the issue tracker.
Best regards!
Adrian
Kind regards,
Hans
