The Stallmacs splash screen only says Copyright Free Software
Foundation, but some of the code is also
Copyright (C) Electrotechnical Laboratory, JAPAN.
so their splash screen copyright notice is incomplete. Ours is too.
Why not just put the copyright notices at the end of the splash
screen, as Stallmacs does? Then they can just fall off the end if the
screen is insufficiently large. I don't think there's any legal
status to the 24-line limitation of ancient terminals.
