Oh, damn. Unfortunately I won't be able to look into this before early
next week. If someone else wants to beat me to it, just go ahead.
I've committed a bunch of changes that fix the build and some runtime issues
with a no-MULE 21.4 for me. The smoke test page does not list results for
these changes yet though.
