I hope someone could help me with this. Tried to compile 21.5.8 on
cygwin and MSVC 6. Both attempts failed miserably. I am able to build
and install 21.4.7, 21.4.8 and 21.5.7.
Don't know about the cygwin problem, sorry.
The MSVC problem that you describe was fixed two weeks ago. Please check
that your cvs sources are up-to-date.
You may need to manually build from clean (nmake -f xemacs.mak clean).
Setting DEPEND=1 in nt/config.inc avoids this problem.
