update vc??
I'm trying out subversion. I see it comes with vc-sv.el, so I tried
to use it, but I get:
Load error for /home/nbecker/.xemacs/vc-svn.elc:
(void-variable vc-handled-backends)
Now I look at vc.el that comes with xemacs and I see
;; Copyright (C) 1992, 93, 94, 95, 96 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
The version that I have for gnu emacs says:
;; $Id: vc.el,v 1.311.4.5 2002/03/05 13:41:05 spiegel Exp $
Looks like the xemacs version is really really old. Any hope of
updating it?
