Yeah, I was only thinking of this as a possible interim solution.
What's the module name for the new URL library ? I guessed "url" and
it didn't work (assuming
:pserver:gnus@quimby.gnus.org:/usr/local/cvsroot is the correct path
?)
That's
gnu.org, not
gnus.org :)
:pserver:anoncvs@anoncvs.gnu.org:/gd/gnu/anoncvsroot
empty password. Module names are 'url' and 'w3'. You will need at least
gnus 5.8.3 to install it though, since this version is the first to use the
spiffy MIME handling that lars wrote (originally based on the w3 stuff, but
now much much nicer).
