I don't really know, but in order to get a core file on RedHat, you
could try doing something like this:
$ cd $HOME
$ ulimit -c unlimited
$ xemacs
RedHat disables the output of core files by default.
Also, be sure to report crashes according to the instructions at

http://www.xemacs.org/Debug/index.html#ReportingBugs>, we really need
more information about your setup in order to be able to help.
