Scrollbar Left Side

Actually, it's quite obvious that it's not *better*. Tastes differ,
that's all. The option is available, but nobody asks about it, though
it's somewhat obscure.
That's fine. Why can't I persuade xemacs to put the vertical
scrollbar
on the left side, where I want it?
