Iceberg, right ahead

My available time for XEmacs has dwindled to a minimum. A 21.0 release this month looks very remote. I'm going to try to have things ready by some time next month. Um, if anyone has any ambition on taking over XEmacs, please let me know. We're not done delegating responsibility, so I'm not desperate yet, but I'm getting close. Delegating out specific releases has worked (thank you Vinnie Shelton!), so perhaps it might work the other way. In the meantime, I've got places to put future patches to XEmacs that are not suitable for the current release and I encourage developers to continue on with new features if they wish. Please mark your patches "for XEmacs 21.2" so there won't be any confusion.
