Have you (or anyone else out there) got this working on mswindows?
I'm running native build 21.0 'Poitou', installing the package seems
to work OK (at least the entries appear in customise 'toolbar') but it
seems to be unable to find the icons - I just get 'empty' icons
instead.
I tried copying the icons from your package into
toolbar-icon-directory, but this didn't help, and I don't understand
toolbars enough to do much more by way of debugging. Any suggestions?
Matt.

I have been using the package on a native build 21.2-b3 and it works
fine. I have the following lines in my .emacs file:
(when (would-like 'toolbar-fancy)
(set-specifier toolbar-buttons-captioned-p nil)
;;(init-fancy-toolbar nil)
;;(init-fancy-toolbar 'color)
(init-fancy-toolbar 'next)
)
Note that `would-like' is a condition case around require.
