I got rid of these warnings by moving the packages from
~/.xemacs/packages/ to /usr/local/lib/xemacs/packages.
(just as a reminder, I set...
--package-path=/usr/local/lib/xemacs/packages:/home/sakti/.xemacs/packages
when running configure)
