21.2.46 is way pre-release (that beta was released well over a year
ago). Your source tree is either ancient, or CVS is not updating
correctly, or something. Unless you're keeping it around for
historical interest, you may want to just blow away the entire sources
and check out from scratch, depending on network bandwidth.
