This seems to be related to my patch from this morning.
Since I have no cygwin running, could you please test the attached patch and
report the result?
The patch adds an #ifdef USE_KKCC to src/xemacs.def.in.in.
Configuring / making should generate new versions of xemacs.def.in and
xemacs.def. This hopefully solves the problem.
