In general, please report tracker tracebacks as new tracker bugs, not
under the issue where they appeared.
For the particular case of "couldn't send email" like this:

there's a bug in the tracker that I haven't been able to work on yet.
For some reason it is not providing full email addresses for the user,
probably when issues are submitted by email (I think the web interface
for registering does check this). This bug is issue325 in the tracker.
I've fixed the nost list of issue411 to refer to your fully registered
user 'rsparapa', so this error will not occur here again.
I think you can actually do this yourself by editing the nosy list.
You can just delete any nosy user that appears in such a traceback, as
they can't get mail anyway.
