load-module not idempotent

The documentation for the function load-module says, "This function will check to make sure that the same module is not loaded twice." However, it does not appear to do so. The attached tar file contains code for a nearly nonexistent module. Compile and install the module, then invoke load-module on it twice. You will get a segmentation fault. This has something to do with hooking the event stream (it crashes on calling null_event_pending_p() in the module, after loading it the second time). I haven't completely figured it out yet, but it seems clear that we should not be loading the module twice.
