You can't, customize only handles a subset of the things you would
want to customize. Symbol properties and specifiers aren't handled
(except though kludges) nor are something as basic ot an editor as key
bindings. And of course, a developer will want to add new
functionality, which is outside the scope of what customize _should_
do.
