I can't replicate with 21.4.9. Does this always happen? If so, does
it happen on a cold start with 'xemacs -vanilla'? Does upgrading to a
more recent Debian release of XEmacs help?
I'm pretty certain that this is related to the "autoloads with derived
modes" problem, since I had the same problem in 21.4.8. After putting a
workaround for it in psgml package, the problem disappered.
So Joseph, you might want to try out version 1.31 of the psgml package,
available in pre-releases. Please let us know if it fixes the problem
for you or not.
