[Success] (sort of) XEmacs-21.0-b50/pre7 on Digital UNIX 4.0D with CDE

Built on DU 4.0d with DEC C, GNU make, xpm, CDE, JPEG, GIFreader, zlib. It built pretty well using "-O3 -std". There were a couple of warning during the compile. Serious problem: I am still unable to install 21.0. It insists that I need tooltalk and don't have it. In fact, I do have it, but XEmacs is not seeing that.
