Heh. Several hundred USD plus postage will get you the answer to that.
All Google could find was a couple dozen posts saying "no, C89 now
only exists on paper."
Amazing. For some reason, I cannot even find the pre-C89 draft that
was floating around. I can't believe they issued cease-and-desists
for that one!
