[Success] Zhong Wei on linuxppc and i686-linux

Patched up from b47, Uzbek something. On linuxppc, I gave up on gcc 2.7.2, since this compiler is not properly handling symbol names exceeding 31 characters, leading to a build failure of temacs of b47. Now I switched to egcs 1.0.3a.
