My fix makes
M-x perldb
work on WindowsNT by matching for an otional drive letter in paths.
It has nothing to do with mathlab, which I don't know at all.
My patch is against the latest XEmacs package found at
/ftp@ftp.xemacs.org:/pub/xemacs/packages/debug-1.06-pkg.tar.gz
