I can't speak for lookup, you'd have to get in touch with the developers about providing a non-Mule version. If you want Euro support for non-Mule XEmacs (the only reason you'd want latin-unity in that case), get a set of iso-8859-15 fonts (or recent Windows-125x fonts on Windows platforms) and do "xemacs -font '-*-iso8859-15'" (or the equivalent with your X resources).
