Valdis> Diagnosis: Motif and MULE don't get along. I'm not sure what level of Valdis> show-stopper it is - I may be the only bozo trying to build with both Valdis> Mule and Motif. I *always* build with Mule and Motif dialog boxes on my Solaris and Linux boxes (well Lesstif on Linux). I don't test Mule out much on Solaris except for whatever e-mail or news articles that have non-Latin characters, but my wife used to use Mule a lot on Linux for reading and sending Korean e-mail. She complains a lot about XEmacs, but not because it crashes. Ray
