Hyperbole should compile and install cleanly now.

Hyperbole should now work in the package tree. I have checked in a new
Makefile and made some obvious changes to connections to the mail lists
and supplied a few of the few local patches I have had locally. (You
see from the checkins that it is really just a little.)
I believe that hyperbole now is ready to be built by the smoketest and
even also used!
So please go ahead and add hyperbole to the xemacs-package/Makefile.
