Not exactly. This was discussed briefly on xemacs-beta at the very
end of March/beginning of April.
Please, please, please, please, please can we build binary kits for
21.0
(and make it a real release rather than a beta). We are doing ourselves an
enourmous disservice by not. Especially on the mswindows side.
