I see this too, and it’s been annoying me. I doubt updating the packages
will eliminate it, but it’s worth doing that anyway. I started out with a
binary search through the beta versions to work out when it started going
wrong, but this was a while ago and I forget the exact details now :-( . It
would have been after 21.5.15, so it may have been my specifier changes for
better character set support with fonts.
