Euro symbol in native Windows XEmacs (was: Text processing Java source code)

Oh, (emacs-version) "XEmacs 21.5 (beta8) \"broccoli\" [Lucid]
(i586-pc-win32, Mule) of Wed Jul 31 2002 on D5DC120J", that's a native
Windows build, can now display the Euro currency symbol!
Since I don't know how to generate [EuroSign] in native Windows XEmacs
and MS Word uses Alt+Control+e I have modified Stephen Turnbull's
example from a few month ago to this in my .emacs and it works great:
