Andy, is this your netinstaller? Is it known that this doesn't work
for 21.4.0? I seem to remeber somebody mentioning that recently but
can't find details.
I'm working on it, but its taking a little while because I ran into some
build problems with the native version of 21.4.0. I hope to have something
out by the weekend for testing. I'm also co-ordinating with Steve so that
setup.ini should remain up-to-date in future.
