global-set-key, I guess. I like to mouse about so I've changed my
Buffers > List All Buffers menu item too.
I want to change core so that C-x C-b (and the menu item) runs a
list-all-buffers command, and that calls the value of a customizable
variable list-all-buffers-function (or should that be called
list-all-buffers-command?); is this a good idea?
