For instance, I don't want to install skk, so my MULE_PACKAGES setting
in Local.rules is this:
MULE_PACKAGES = \
edict \
egg-its \
leim \
locale \
lookup \
mule-base
I would then expect that `make' and `make install' skip the skk
directory, but that's not the case.
