For us, yes. But we're not the primary source as we are for (eg)
edict and footnote. IIRC, Ilya (a) disagreed with a change somebody
here decided was required, and (b) didn't want to deal with XEmacs
bureaucracy to take over XEmacs maintenance himself, that's all.
I could be wrong. We should figure out how to document this kind of
case, though. Eg, similar deal with JDE, although Paul K is much more
obviously active as a maintainer, and JDE activity level is much
higher, so confusion is unlikely.
