Status of web docs (was: [PATCH general-docs] update DevGuide for Mercurial)

I have some vague memory that we said we would focus on that after
the move to the new host for our stuff. And what is the status on
that move?
Hung up on my spring term hell. I just got out of that, maybe I can
report some progress this week. I'm also spending some time on a near
future beta release.
The functionality we need
0. sshd (already in place).
1. Nameserver
2. Web site
3. Mail transfer agent
4. Mailman
and eventually
5. Issue tracker (I currently host that, but it would be preferable
to have it on our own host).
6. Buildbot master (you know that status of that best, Mats!)
7. FTP server (maybe, but I think we could probably live with asking
people to download stuff by browser for a while until we have a
backward compatible HTTP transport for the package system)
