I'm off on vacation now. I've applied the patches that Yoshiki and
Andy submitted. I'll consider Adrian's and any other patches
submitted when I return on or about 2000-12-30.

21.1.13. Let me know if there's anything else you really want to get in to
this release. I had hoped, in best release engineer fashion, to pull the
21.1.13 release together immediately before my Christmas vacation.
(Un)fortunately, I don't have time before I leave Tuesday night. So
build XEmacs 21.1 from the CVS sources and if you find any problems,
post to the list. I will be away from my email until 12/30, so we can
probably expect the 21.1.13 release early in January.
