David is a complainer. He does good work and we should
support him, but the fact is that his complaint has been addressed in
several ways. His response? He's given up, and now he's complaining
that nobody will pick up the ball on porting his project to XEmacs.
At this point, I think it's a lost cause (unless someone here wants
to pick up the ball). See my reply to David in comp.emacs.xemacs. He
appears to be utterly convinced that XEmacs is "too hard to use", and so
he now appears to want nothing to do with it. I think he'd really like
someone else to do the XEmacs port, and seems to think that, by
complaining/whining about how hard XEmacs is, he'll shame someone into
doing it.
