Yes, please do. I'll get the person who reported the problem to try
it under Cygwin and see what happens.
I have an up-to-date Cygwin setup, strictly no-X11, on WinNT and Win98
and can test configure for you. Just tell me which version of Xemacs
you want me to build. (I can also check out CVS.)
I don't *normally* build & install new versions of Xemacs, because the
one I'm using works fine. But if there is a specific question to be
answered, I'll make the effort. It just needs to be brought to my
attention.
